# Getting help.

Email [info@withadi.dev](mailto:info@withadi.dev). It is the one address for help with ADI, and for billing and cancelling a licence you bought from ADI.

## What to send

- The company the licence is issued to, and the partner's name if you bought through one.
- What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- The ADI version and the operating system it runs on.
- The exact error text, or a screenshot, if there is one.

## When you hear back

Licensed customers get a response within three business days. That is the whole of the promise: there is no service level agreement beyond it, and no setup service or onboarding.

If you bought through an ADI partner, anything the partner does for you itself, its own support included, is under your contract with the partner.

## Security problems

A vulnerability in ADI or on this website does not go to this address. Report it as the [security page](https://withadi.dev/security) describes.

## Billing and cancelling

If you bought your licence from ADI, questions about an invoice, a renewal, cancelling or a refund go to [info@withadi.dev](mailto:info@withadi.dev) too. The rules for each are in the [Terms of Service](https://withadi.dev/terms).

If you bought through an ADI partner, the partner sold you the licence and handles its billing, cancellation and refunds under your contract with it, so write to the partner about those. Help with ADI itself still comes from info@withadi.dev.
