# ADI for startups.

An early-stage company that needs a commercial licence can ask for terms that fit its stage. We read every request and tailor the terms to the startup.

## Case by case, on purpose.

- **Who it's for** — Early-stage startups — pre-seed to Series A, say, or simply a young company. There are no hard thresholds; we decide each case ourselves.
- **The terms** — Tailored to each startup once we have read its request. We promise no particular discount, free period or price.

- **The licence** — $3,000 a year per instance at list price. An instance is one control plane and one state store, with unlimited users and machines. Support is a response within three business days.

## Under $1M and ten people?

Then you may not need a licence at all. Using ADI for a business is free as long as that business is under $1M a year and under ten people.
